About The Class

The stresses of 2020 are many, but certainly we are not the first people to encounter disease, political upheaval and suffering. What messages of wisdom and strength can our familial, cultural and spiritual ancestors offer us in these trying times? Let’s explore this as we enter into All Saints, All Souls and Election day 2020. In this session, we will use guided visualization, music and imagery to ground ourselves in the peace and compassion of those who came before us.
