About The Class

Maybe your adult children no longer practice your faith and you’re wondering how to share your beliefs, values, and worldview with your grandchildren in a way that does not make waves with their parents.

Or maybe you do all share one tradition and you want to make the most of your role as the spiritual matriarch or patriarch of your family or in your community.

For a fun mix of storytelling, individual reflections & group discussions, come to this workshop and gain:

  • A clearer picture of wisdom received from your own spiritual journey
  • Age-appropriate ideas and storytelling seeds for passing this wisdom onto next generations
  • An understanding of the psychological importance for young people to have a spiritual faith

Prerequisites

  • Internet capability to access Zoom video conferencing and basic understanding of Zoom.

How It Works

All sessions are Saturdays from 10:00 – 11:15 am  via Zoom. (You can attend even if you’re away! Unless of course the wi-fi is bad, in which case you can watch a recording of the session at your convenience.)

Register for the class using the button below. You’ll receive a confirmation at the end of registering.

One participant per registration, so everyone has their own screen to be able to participate fully.

A Zoom link, password, and other essential information will be emailed to you by the Friday before each Saturday session.

Registration

$75 for all 3 sessions, or $25 per session

(Recordings will be available for paid registrants who are unable to attend.)

Carolyn Kolovitz

Instructor

Carolyn’s life work is accompanying people through life transitions. Whether working with tween girls transitioning into womanhood, young adults embarking on new career or relationship paths, people at midlife feeling stuck on autopilot, or the dying as they review their lives and let go of the earthly realm – Carolyn focuses on self-compassion and connecting people to what brings the most meaning to their lives.

Carolyn often uses her professional and personal background in trauma-related issues when she taps people into their inner wisdom and self-compassion. This background informs Carolyn’s faith in the wisdom and resiliency of the human spirit.
