About The Class
Come with me
to visit the sunflowers,
they are shy
but want to be friends;
they have wonderful stories
of when they were young –
the important weather,
the wandering crows.
-The Sunflowers by Mary Oliver
Poetry moves us. Like Biblical scripture, poetry comes to us new each time we meet it. Opens our hearts to reflect on our own experiences.
Gather with others to pray, hear from poets and share reflection.
