The annual Fall Priests Retreat has been a time for silent reflection, prayer, conversation and community.  This kind of spiritual exercise is as important now as ever, especially with the challenges of responsible gatherings during a pandemic.

This year Loyola will offer an online version of the retreat.  It certainly won’t be the same as being together at the Franciscan Retreat House, but the opportunity to learn, reflect and connect will still be central to the retreat.  It will include a contemplative mix of morning prayers with conferences, small group sessions and daily spiritual direction all via Zoom.  Loyola has been working extensively with online formats since February to offer these types of spiritual experiences and retreat practices.

The retreat will be directed by members of the Loyola staff who are professional spiritual directors and experienced in retreat ministry. The role of retreat director is to support the retreatant in noticing the reality of God’s presence and activity in their life.
