Our culture today seems saturated in discord, fighting, and struggles for power. At least, that’s what the 24/7 barrage of tweets, notifications, and sensational headlines would lead us to believe. Conflicting claims and intentional distortions make it even more difficult to come to any clarity about what is really going on.
What if there was a way to begin sorting through the mess and to constructively move forward?
One part of that way is to lean into our capacity to be spiritual, our God given ability to be connected to one another and to the Divine. Not a magical connection, but rather one that is carefully considered and experienced deep in our gut, a soul-felt relationship. 500 years ago Ignatius of Loyola offered a way to notice and sort through these deep inner movements. This workshop will examine some of his guidelines, and practice a few simple ways to apply them in our lives today. Join us and see if any of these actually help find a good path forward for you.
