Loyola Spirituality Center

Guiding youth towards deep connection with their inner wisdom, the natural world, other humans and the Sacred Mystery is perhaps our most important task as spiritually mindful adults.
In past centuries, this task was a key function of family and community life.
Spiritual director Carolyn Kolovitz draws on her experience facilitating groups with children and teens and parenting an older adopted child to offer fresh insights, practical suggestions, resources and tools for parents, grandparents, teachers, etc.
Expect to gain a clearer understanding of wisdom received from your own spiritual journey and age-appropriate ideas for passing this wisdom on to next generations by participating in a fun mix of individual activities and group discussions.
Here’s what past participants said they liked most about a similar workshop:
- “The speaker and references and resources”
- “The mix of personal story with theology”
- “I love the ideas shared”
- “The speaker was amazing!”
